When will the study plans be available? What is the beam? Any possibility of adapting the crossbeams, decking and rig(maybe a double crabclaw) to a TIKI26?

Amen to that brother!. I have been waiting to see this since I first heard he was toying with the idea. I actually had the same idea the first time I saw Tahiti Wayferer, but I knew I didn't have the skill necessary to scale it up to a 27 footer. So I was very excited when I later learned James was considering doing it. I am anxiously awaiting introduction of the plans to the market. I don't think I am even going to build the removable cabins, rather I plan to just use large hatches that pivot athwartships like many others have done in the past. This should be all that I need for two fishermen to stay offshore for a few nights at a time.
